RACEWALKING CALENDAR 2011
This is a preliminary schedule so the members of Abe’s Striders can plan ahead a bit and put together a training schedule for particular race. Many of the dates have not been set yet by the organizers. I can update this and send it out again as more information comes available. Also, let me know of races you know about so I can add them to the list.
I think it’s important to identify which ones are judged racewalks, which ones have a walk division with walker awards (but aren’t judged by USATF rules) and which ones are just walkers allowed running races.
I also think it would be helpful to note who from our club is going to enter a given race. That might encourage others to take part. So let me know if you are planning to be in a certain race, and I’ll note that on updated lists.
